Ring Closed 9/15/06

Howdy Jennifer-type people who knit and spin and such.  You've come here looking for the ring, right?  I've closed it to new members due to a massive amount of spam.  I still want you guys!  And I still want a way cool graphic too!

So, if you want to join the ring, send me an email jennanndavisATgmailDOTcom and we'll go from there. Or, if you know how to keep me from getting a zillion Ringspammers named Tom, Dick, and Harry out let me know!

Alrighty then.  Thanks so much!

Jennifer

Ring Code

Yeah! I finally got the ring code to work-but it still won't work in the sidebar. Hmmmm.

Hello and Welcome-The House Rules

(Blatantly stolen from the Texas Knitter's Web Ring)

1. You need to have a knitting blog and be named Jennifer or some derivative.

1a. (I reserve the right to add more names!) Derivatives include: any spelling of Jennifer, any spelling of Jenny, any spelling of Jenn.  Others are welcome to apply and we'll amend the list as necessary.

2. The ring code must be visible from the page where your blog is. The point of a web ring is to have a back and a forward button,so people can surf through all the Knitting Jennifer's, that's why it's called a "ring", get it? If your blog doesn't display the code, you'll be deleted from the ring.

3. Once you are accepted, you have a week to get the code up and running on your site. After a week, you will be deleted and you will have to submit again.

4. Ringsurf will send you an email with your information for belonging to the ring. Save it, because if you need to change your web address/info, etc, You will need this info to sign in.

5. The ringowner(s) have the right to deny membership to any blog. We particularly will not admit blogs that regularly "flame" other blogs.

6. If you want to snag one of the buttons below we're thrilled, but you must save it to your own server. However, you do not have to use a button; if you choose not to, you should delete this part of the code when you paste it into your site: "<img src=..........................gif" . (or .jpg)
