Today is the marathon second sock day. Stay tuned for details!
8:30 AM- All Items located. Casting on.
10:00 AM-1 Inch of 2x2 ribbing. Lifehouse You and Me is #1 Video on VH1 Top 20 Countdown.
12:15 PM-1 Full Pattern Repeat. Nothing on TV. Apparently when you lose the first game of the season, Game 2 is televised on 'Fox Sports Network', not carried in the DFW area.
OU up 7 at the end of the first. 7-0.
Kitten needs holding.
1:15 PM-Ready for the heel, time for a break.
7-6, OU at the half
1:45 PM: Well fed. In answer to Mandy's question (she has a cute Pug!), this is Garter Bars, ala Sockbug, done in Koigu. Your guess is as good as mine as to what colour, the cat has hidden the ball band.
7-9 Tulsa, 5 minutes remaining in the 3rd. Not good.
2:30 PM: Halfway through the heel flap. 17-9, OU. 9 minutes remain in the fourth. Whew.
3:50 PM: Heel turned. 24-15 OU, :47 seconds remain in the fourth. Boomer Sooner!
5:45 PM: We won. Gusset complete. Yawn.

OOh, sending good and fast knitting vibes your way!

FYI ... the choice to air the game on FSN happened before the loss. But FSN is a channel that is broadcast on cable in DFW ... I get it on channel 36 with Comcast.
