I absolutely hate Ketchup/Catsup. Call it what you will. Can't stand it. The texture, the taste. *shudders down the spine* I even hate the smell. This is relevant only because I'm a week behind in blogging, so it's time to play catchup!
I'm behind in picture taking as well, so you'll have to imagine lovely finished objects in some of these spots.
First up, we have new furniture. Specifically, a very expensive clothes rack (tail optional):
Maybe next week, we'll have some yarn.
Next, we have a hat and mitten. Not a mitten set, but mitten. Hat is knit from lovely MDH Handspun, "Peeps". The mitten, Elann PHW with a second cuff knit in "Peeps". Next time, we'll have the second mitten.
I've also cast on for my Sock-Pal-3-Za sock. I'm cursed, I'll tell ya. I've knit, ripped, knit, ripped, knit, ripped about a half dozen times so far. It seems to be working this time. Lovely Vesper sock yarn in the Meteor colourway and a 4-stitch pattern from Sensational Knitted Socks. Can't think of it at the moment, but essentially a K2, P2 rib, with a twisted stitch on the fourth row.
I finished the lovely, silky Sundara Irish Hiking Scarf. It's short-about 3 ft. long. Perhaps it will block out a bit longer. No pictures, so I'll distract you with a picture of our azalea.
With my stormy Sundara sock yarn, I plan on casting on an "Irish Hiking Hat" of my own design this weekend. Once again, I seem to have forgotten to take a picture of the gorgeous yarn so I offer up my lone daffodil. Apparently nothing else has bothered to grow around our front yard twig.
I hope you "relish" this opportunity!

I love the "Peeps" hat and mitten, and I am especially giddy that you actually posed them with some peeps :)
